We hope you love our products. However, we offer to exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition and within 28 days.
Please note we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. However, we do not charge additional postage for items you wish to exchange if delivery is within the UK.
Sadly, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. Therefore, we recommend using recorded or special delivery.

DELIVERY IN THE UK & ABROAD
Standard UK delivery - £3.75
Items are dispatched within 24 hours (subject to availability of stock and credit clearance). Please allow 1-3 days for the goods to arrive. All orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery and will require a signature.
Next day UK delivery - £6.75
Items are dispatched with 24 hours (subject to availability of stock and credit clearance). Orders must be placed before 1pm. Orders dispatched on a Friday are guaranteed Monday delivery.
Deliveries are made during working hours and will require a signature.
Delivery to Europe - £7.75
Please allow 7 working days for the goods to arrive.
Delivery to the Rest of the World - £12.00
Please allow 7-10 days for the goods to arrive.
PAYMENT METHODS
Customers may pay by credit card using Mastercard & Visa, and all debit cards - Visa Electron, Maestro. Payment will be processed and debited from the account on receipt of the order. The card issuer will perform usual verification checks. In the event of card refusal, we are not liable for non-delivery or delay. The transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway at SagePay (formerly Protx) one of the UK's leading Secure Payment Service providers in conjunction with HSBC
SECURITY
To provide optimum card security we use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with your browser, to only enable Gabriella Knight to read your name and address details and no body else. You will see a small closed padlock or key symbol, usually at the bottom right (occasionally top right) of the screen when you reach the payment section of our website. This ensures that all your personal details are being coded and travelling safely over the web.
