We hope you love our products. However, we offer to exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition and within 21 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items.
Sadly, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. Therefore, we recommend using recorded or special delivery.

DELIVERY IN THE UK
Standard delivery: Delivery within the UK is £3.50. Items are dispatched within 24 hours (subject to availability of stock and credit clearance). Please allow 1-3 days for the goods to arrive. All orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Next day delivery: Delivery within the UK is £5.00. Items are dispatched with 24 hours (subject to availability of stock and credit clearance). Orders must be placed before 1pm. Orders dispatched on a Friday are guaranteed Monday delivery.

Deliveries are made during working hours and will require a signature.

DELIVERY OVERSEAS
Delivery to Europe is £7.00. Please allow 7 working day to arrive.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is £10.00.
